| Hey kids, figured it would be best to let you all know that I've moved on to livejournal; here specifically. I'll still hang around lurking though, maybe even raise my had a bit every now and then. We shall see.

| These past four days have been perhaps one of the most amazing experiences of my life.
Orientation, was in short, insane. I am so glad I did not go to St. Rose; there's no way in hell what happened here would fly at a liberal arts school. I think I've seen about as much random boobs in two days as I have in two years of figure classes.
MICA has a a statue of a giant squirrel with blood dripping from its claws and mouth right outside the main building. I think that speaks for itself.
I have Mondays off. I figure in time, I will come to love and otherwise relish this, but I want to go to class now, dammit! |

| I AM SO SICK OF PACKING. Most of my clothes are stowed away, all art supplies are taken care of with the exception of some pastels and various inking pens. Ugh still have to clean. My god, I have so many books. My roommate is going to kill me |
| |
| I can't believe I am saying this, but goddammit, I am really sick of seeing sweaty, shirtless men trapsing around my house first thing after I wake up and before coffee. |
| |
| I woke up this morning and saw that it was raining shingles. There were also a bunch of shirtless middle-aged men walking around on the rooftop right by window. One of them looks up and is staring right at me. And then my brain kicks in. Oh hey! I'm only wearing panties! So in the midsts of a minor freakout involving me getting tangled up in my sheets and then somehow dangling upsidedown from my top bunk, my mother comes in. "Oh, did I tell you that the contractor was coming to start working on the roof?" I've since relocated downstairs. Every time I look out my window, I've got someone on a ladder giving me my own personal solar eclipse. Awesome. |
